There is a lot of confusion about abundance.
Many confuse abundance with the things they acquire, money, cars, houses, and stuff.
This is not the case.
Abundance is a way of being. A way of seeing the world.
“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into”
Wayne W. Dyer.
How many people do you know who have acquired the things mentioned above, but live unhappy lives?
Do we actually really own these things?
Or are we just custodians?
The house I live in has been lived in by many others in its 200-year-plus history. Many more will live here when I have departed.
The car I once owned is now driven by someone else.
If we think we are incomplete because we lack something we are in an endless trap.
A trap we will never escape if we are always trying to fill the void.
Do we really need the new mobile phone when our existing one works perfectly well?
Do we really need the new car when there is nothing wrong with the one we have?
Do we really need the new whatever, when the whatever we have is fine
You have may have been told that accumulating wealth and material things is the way to create abundance, a feeling of self-worth, and happiness.
I am suggesting that you think in a different way.
Stop focusing on what you do not have and move your thinking to an appreciation for all that you have.
I shared at the beginning of this post the quote from Wayne W Dyer.
“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into”
What are you tuned into?
Enjoy an amazing day.
